Bookings are currently available online at www.gin71.com/book. We require a stored card detail in order to secure your booking. This card is not charged in advance and is not used for payment. It is only charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show (see 'Late Arrivals').
Booking Policy
All standard bookings are allocated a booking time limit. Wherever possible, we will allow customers as long as they'd like at their table, however during times where we have back to back bookings, such as at weekends, we respectfully ask our customers to respect this time policy, to allow others to enjoy Gin71. The time limit is 2 hours.
Late Arrivals
Running Late? We will hold your table for 15 minutes while we try to contact you by phone. If we cannot get in touch with you, the table will be released after 15 minutes your stored card may be charged in accordance with our Booking Policy. (See below)
Booking Policy
All bookings are allocated a 2 hour seating. Wherever possible, we will allow customers as much time as they would like at their table. However during peak times where we have back to back bookings we may need to adhere to this time limit.
Gin71 charges a 10% Service Charge on tables of 6 or more guests
Running late? Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes while we try to contact you by phone. If we cannot contact you, the table will be released and no-show charges may apply (See below).
Bookings for our Gin71 Tasting Dinner Menu are secured with a stored card detail. These details are kept in a fully secure GDPR and PCI-compliant system, Stripe. In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for your booking) your stored card will be charged the full menu price (£30 per person).
Bookings for drinks are secured with a stored card detail. These details are kept in a fully secure GDPR and PCI-compliant system, Stripe. In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for your booking) your stored card may be charged up to £10 per person.
By proceeding to book a table with Gin71, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Gin71 reserve the right to refuse service to any party who are abusive or aggressive towards our team, or those who do not have valid proof of age for entry.
Service Charge
Gin71 charges a 10% service charge on tables of 6 or more guests. This is passed directly to the team who look after you during your visit.
Storing Card Details
For larger groups or tables, we will ask for credit/debit card details in order to confirm your booking. This avoids us needing to charge a deposit up front. We will not charge your card in order to book your table.
Third Party Vouchers
If you are booking using a Gin71 voucher (a voucher sold by Gin71 - not through a 3rd party such as Itison), you do not need to include the voucher code with your booking. Simply bring along a printed copy of the voucher (or the code visible on your phone) with you when you visit. Please note that if you are using a third party voucher (such as an Itison or Groupon deal) then you must adhere to their terms and conditions, which may be different from these. Please refer to your voucher for more information.
Application Of These Terms
By completing a booking with us, you are agreeing to the full terms and conditions listed.
Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards
Our Gift Vouchers and Cards are subject to availability. They may not be used on Mother's Day, as this is a pre-paid event.
Unless otherwise stated on the voucher/giftcard or at the point of sale, our vouchers and gift cards are valid for up to 18 months from the date of purchase.
Business Hours
Gin71 reserve the right to make adjustments to our normal hours of business from time to time. We will always endeavour to notify our customers via our website and social media channels with as much notice as possible.
